One of the bridesmaids asked, “What is the craziest thing a bridal party has ever done?” Within seconds, Rachel’s five bridesmaids, in full hair, make up and dresses, were on their hands and knees. Bouquets in their mouths. Crawling toward the camera. Holding up their hands as claws and growling. Rachel, who couldn’t stop laughing at her best friends, was right there on the ground with them in her stunning wedding dress. Full belly laughing. Together.

I was so excited to assist Jen of Jennifer Larsen Photography on her couple’s wedding day; Matt and Rachel are such an incredible duo full of fun and happiness. It showed in all of the details of their special day. The reception began with a round of Patron shots for the guests, and it only got better by dinner time! A special selection of guests were handed Smirinoff Ice bottles instead of their main course, so they got down on one knee in the center of the dance floor while the guests cheered them on as they got “Iced!” Although it’s getting colder now, I am still not over this gorgeous late summer wedding. Paulina and TJ of Blue Jasmine worked their magic with the florals as per usual, and the DIYed marble escort cards added the perfect touch to this special day. From the early getting ready hours to cake cutting, this day was full of love and laughter. Rachel and Matt, it was a joy celebrating with you and documenting the first few hours of this new adventure in your lives.
