The Styled Shoot

I can’t believe it’s been over a year since I photographed this edgy, boho elopement styled shoot in Arizona at my fave photography conference, Showit United. Suzy Goodrick, a freaking queen with incredible style and rad couples, put together this styled shoot and once I saw the mood board for it, I knew I had to be a part of it! Her vibes were everythinggg I adore, and dang did she deliver! This team of vendors rocked this session, and Sarah and Matt were the perfect couple to tie it all together! I loved all of the thoughtful details from the organic and flowing floral arrangements to the crystal details and lace dress with a cape! I meeeean, photographing in the desert is already stunning, but when you add in tattoos, smoke bombs, and a couple who is adorable without even trying.. yep, it’s a win!

The Conference

If you haven’t heard of it, Showit is an incredible website platform catered toward photographers. They’ve created a system where everything is drag-and-drop like our creative-minds think, so there are no codes or anything confusing. Just easy, clean design. I love the capabilities I’ve had with my Showit website and I’m so glad to be a part of their community. It’s so much more than just a website host. The Showit family hosts an annual conference for creatives with speakers, breakouts, parties, and more. It’s truly like camp or vacation for photographers, and it always comes just toward the end of my wedding season, right when I need it most! Their support and care for the creative community is so valuable, and I truly just love being a part of it.

This was my first year at the conference and I’m thankful to get to go back year after year for a relaxing trip to Tempe, Arizona with my industry friends. It was a blast, and I will forever adore these magical images! xo
