Julianna and Kevin’s downtown New Hope engagement session was such a full-circle moment! Julianna and I went to summer camp together when we were kids, so it was beyond special when they reached out for their wedding day! We caught up, chatted about wedding plans, and reminisced while exploring this area that they love so much!
New Hope is always one of my favorite locations for my couples who love a charming downtown vibe. All of the beautiful nooks and hidden gems make each session so unique from one another! For Julianna and Kevin’s, we started at Karla’s where we grabbed cocktails to ease any pre-session nerves! Then, we meandered around the area making our way to Nina’s for ice cream! It was a hot day, so the ice cream melted quickly, which made for such adorable photos!
After all the treats, we just roamed around and round secluded areas along the water and by the canal! The flowers and greenery were all blooming for the season, which made their pictures look so lush and lively! Julianna and Kevin are SO adorable together, and capturing their laughter and love was such a dream!!
Julianna’s freshman year roommate met in a Facebook college group for their class. Prior to their first semester, they bought tickets to a Luke Bryan concert, and she invited her boyfriend and some other friends she knew – one of them being Kevin! They all met at the concert where Kevin and Julianna were subtly flirting with each other the whole night! They’ve talked every day since that special night! 🙂
They got engaged in the summer of 2024 at Longwood Gardens! She said, he was acting really nervous leading up to the big moment! When he popped the question, her friend was off in the distance photographing the whole moment (in a wig to stay hidden, haha)!
They love to cozy up at home watching tv, learning to cook different meals, or playing video games together! Kevin adores how passionate Julianna is about everything she does, and how much she cares for others! Her smile is his favorite thing to see! Julianna shared that Kevin is her rock and he never lets her go through anything alone. She said, “Being together makes the mundane day-to-day things fun and lighter.” 🙂 How sweet is that?!
Thank you SO much for such an incredible evening for your downtown New Hope engagement session! I had so much fun catching up after so many years and seeing your love in action. You have such an incredible connection, and I can’t wait for you two to tie the knot so soon!! ❤️ Congratulations! xoxo
