Their Session: Colonial Park, Somerset, NJ

I don’t typically photograph family sessions, but when my insanely talented and BEAUTIFUL hair and makeup artist friend, Michelle, asked me to capture her family, I was SO freaking honored! Michelle and her husband Ryan have the most adorable little baby nugget, Violet, who is the CUTEST mush I’ve ever seen!! Michelle and Ryan’s gorgeous fur baby, Estelle, joined in for the session, too, and she is just the perfect doggy model! Estelle actually modeled in my fall styled shoot back when she was a tiny little pup, and look at her now!! My heart seriously can’t handle it!!

Ryan had to make it to a meeting right after their session, so we knocked their photos out in a super quick 20-30 minutes! We were on super-speed to get all of the family photos they wanted, but honestly, I think we freaking NAILED IT! 

Michelle was a genius for hiring her past-bride, Taylor, who started her own company dedicated to watching your dog on your wedding day or during your photography sessions! I mean, DREAM JOB, right?! Taylor’s company, Puptials, is a full-service pet chauffeur and pet care provider for couples on their wedding day, so if you’re looking for someone you can trust with your fur babies on your big day, Taylor is seriously your girl!

This session was one for the books, from racing to get it all done in a time crunch to just being the cutest freaking family sesh ever!! I’m beyond  honored when another creative in the industry trusts me to capture a piece of their story, and this was no exception!
