Brittany and Patrick got a little of everything during their session from woodsy greenery to golden sunsets on the beach. Although the original park they wanted to go to was closed for construction, we made it work regardless! There are woods everywhere in New Jersey, so we were able to choose a lush patch off the side of the road and still make it beautiful!
Sadie, their adorable pup, tagged along for their session and was having a blast running through the leaves in the woods and sand on the beach. If we didn’t see her for a second, they would just call her name and her little head would pop out from somewhere and she’d come running back
These two were so much fun together and naturally just fell into one another perfectly. They make my job easy 😉 It’s so special getting to shoot with my couples before the day of their wedding – it’s the best way to be prepared and stress-free during photos on your big
Brittany and Patrick, you two are so awesome and I am freaking obsessed with these images!!! I hope you are able to look back on these forever and remember the joy, excitement, and love you felt during this time of your lives! It’s going to be an amazing ride! I’m so thankful you two found each other years ago, and I can’t wait to celebrate with you next October!
Brittany and Patrick met in high school when he was a senior and she was a junior. They had some mutual friends, and one night, they all hung out at a friend’s house until 1 am. She said, “What are you doing?!” defensively and they talked and laughed with friends for the rest of the night. Brittany says, “and by fate, my parents didn’t call me home when I was late for my curfew at
Brittany says, “We got engaged on October, 7th 2017 at a “fall bbq” we were hosting at our new home we had just closed on. To me, it was just a bbq with some friends and family. To friends and family, it was more of a housewarming party. And to Patrick, it was an engagement party! After we all took a big photo in our backyard, he surprised the heck out of me when he got down on one knee! Then it was all of those things for all of us. I was clueless and I was totally shocked but very happy!” SO sweet that Patrick planned to ask her surrounded by all of their closest friends and family, so they could celebrate together! <3
