Their Session: Asbury Park, NJ

Ashley and Andrew are seriously two balls of energy and fun! I had such a blast hanging out in Asbury Park with them for the evening! We started their session at Porta where they grabbed some drinks, told me all about their love story, plans for their wedding, and played a bit of giant Jenga! Then, we headed on over to the boardwalk with all of the awesome murals that were such a fun backdrop to these two cuties cracking up! Quick lil outfit change and then we ended the night in the craziest fog running on the beach, jumping in the water, and walking along the jetties! Ashley and Andrew were seriously such troopers with the huge weather change and they were up for allllll of the wild ideas I had! I’m just so obsessed with how easily they light each other up and how much fun they have together!

Their Love Story:

They met back in 2008 at a restaurant! Ashley had met his sister a few times before, so when he came up to her at the restaurant, she had recognized him! She said it has been a wild ride ever since, and I can tell how worth it every moment has been because of where they are now! 🙂 Andrew is the more competitive and mysterious type, Ashley says, but he loves to talk once he opens up! Ashley said she is super fun loving and talkative, as well, and I loved getting to see that side of them!

Ashley’s fave quality about Andrew is that he balances her out! He is her opposite. She says, “Something about him is very calming and reminds me of home. And he loves me for me!” Andrew adores Ashley’s energy, her positive attitude, her warmth and love – she makes him feel special and happy :)!
