I freakin’ LOVE these two humans right here! Meghan and Chris are seriously the most chill, goofy, real, relaxed duo ever, and I absolutely loved that their engagement session felt more like a date night (with a casual third wheel,
Then we headed over to Manasquan beach for some stunning sunset photos and a little chilly, sandy fun! They embraced the weather and we chased the sun for the last few moments of daylight we had, and I’m so glad we made the pit-stop to the beach before heading over to the spot where Chris proposed and where they celebrated afterward (keep reading to find out where)!
Meghan and Chris, you two are rockstars!! Thank you for being SO much fun, hysterical, and incredibly laidback. Some of my favorite photos are when you two are just cracking up in each other’s arms, so thank you so much for going along with all the crazy things I asked you to do and for showing your genuine, hysterical personalities to me! It was SO fun getting to know you both, and I am so excited for you two to tie the knot YOUR way! So so lucky to have crossed paths with you. Congratulations, lovebirds! <3

The proposal: “We had some convos about getting married, and I wanted to be involved with the ring process. I had had never had a piece of jewelry that was A. that expensive B. a standard diamond, so off ring hunting we went. After falling in love with a one of kind choice that sold right out from under us, I moved on to stock rings and found one that was different and incorporated my mom’s memory with it. After that, I (not so patiently) waited for months until one day in March, I had to bring our dog to the vet, so I threw on his coat and brought her in. While she was getting x-rays, I put my hand in the pocket and found the cleaning cloth for the ring! Asia was given a clean bill of health, and I could not stop smiling all night! I told Chris that I knew the ring was somewhere in the house, and he tried to play it off as if it wasn’t. I had to work a double shift the next day, but when I got home, he asked if I wanted to go to Leggett’s for some pizza. When we walked passed the Osprey, he put the Old 97’s song “Question” on his phone. Then, right in the spot where we first kissed, he got down on one knee and proposed. We celebrated over pizza and beer at the bar, afterward. It was a perfect night!” Keep scrolling to see how we ended their engagement session off ;)!
