Their session: Sandy Hook, NJ

Stef and Rob’s summer Sandy Hook couples session was suuuuuch a little dream!!! Rob gifted this session to Stef, and I just can’t think of a better way to switch up a date night! Just seeing the love between these two was so special from all the laughter to the quiet, cozy moments. Sandy Hook is a more reserved beach and bay along the Jersey shore, so it’s the perfect location for an intimate session. The sound of the waves rolling in on the shoreline at sunset as Stef and Rob walked through the beachgrass… whew, talk about romantic!

Their Love Story

Stef and Rob met at work 5 years ago, where they started out as great friends. Rob may have not-so-secretly had a major crush on her and, eventually, won her over! While they lived together in Hoboken, they loved date nights at great restaurants and hopping into the city together. They’ve since bought a home in central New Jersey and traded nights out for nights in that all started during the pandemic. They fell in love with cooking meals together, sharing a drink (wine for her, bourbon for him!), and watching movies on Netflix! My kind of date night! 🙂

Rob loves Stef’s sense of humor and how she always makes everyone around her laugh. He also loves her connection to family and her role as “Auntie” to her new nephew. Rob was so creative and thoughtful to gift this session to Stef!
