When it comes to what to do with your engagement session and wedding day images, it’s a no brainer that these gorgeous images should be printed in some way! I am here to guide you through all of your options from prints and canvases to stunning heirloom albums that will be passed down from generation to generation. My personal fave is always going to be an heirloom album or book though and here’s why!

There is just something about the way it feels to hold a printed keepsake album in your hands. This album holds the full story of your wedding day and the start of your forever. It’s truly day one of your family’s legacy.

This is where it all begins.

The moments and the memories of your day are fleeting. The planning apps and binders get tucked away, the dress is steamed and hung, and you two start to move on with life together. New and exciting things are coming your way from homes to jobs to pets and kids, and your wedding day just becomes one of your favorite memories.

You’ll share this book with your loved ones while you’re all curled up in a fuzzy blanket on the couch. It’ll sit on your coffee table for you to come back to time and time again, when you’re reminiscing, when you’re longing, when you’re just missing the best day ever. You’ll find yourself telling stories of the day you said, “I do” and the people who shared this milestone with you. This album isn’t just for you and your spouse to enjoy, although I hope you will keep it well-loved, but this album is for your children, and one day, your grandchildren too. You’ll share this album with them, and the love story that started it all.

Now I want to introduce you to the album options, so you can start daydreaming about this heirloom that will soon sit in your home! I like to keep my product options simple, without overwhelming you with a million choices, because I know it’s a lot to think about! I only offer products that I truly believe in and know you will adore!

The Engagement Session Book

This is a small compliment album to your wedding album. It’s smaller in size, spreads, and page thickness, but it’s jam-packed with all the feels from the time in your life where you get to call each other fiancés!

It’s an 8×8″ linen-cover album with 10 spreads (20 thin pages). Your engagement session book will be professionally designed and will include around 30-45 of your favorite images from your session!

This book is perfect for your guests to sign as a guestbook or to simply just display at your wedding. We can choose to design it with extra white space and extra spreads if you choose to make it into a guestbook too! Then one day, it’ll sit alongside your heirloom album on the coffee table, ready for you two to reminisce on the entire wedding experience!

The Heirloom Wedding Album

This is the showstopper! It’s truly so exciting getting to open your album and seeing the crisply-printed, vibrant images on gorgeous thick pages! It’s bigger in size, spreads, and page thickness, and it can truly tell the full story of your wedding day from getting ready to sparkler exits!

Your keepsake album is a 10×10″ linen-cover album with 20 spreads (40 thick pages). Your album will be professionally designed and will include anywhere from 75-100 images that best tell the story of your day! Don’t worry, I will do ALL the heavy lifting here of choosing the first round of images so you don’t have to narrow down hundreds of photos (trust me, it takes FOREVER because it’s so hard to choose), but you will have revision rounds to make any changes you’d like!

You’ll have the option to add text to the front of your album in a range of fonts and foil colors. You can customize your album with different linen-cover color options, additional spreads, and matching parent albums too!

The process is simple:

Once you give me the word that you’d like to design your album, we can get started right away!

To ensure the image selection and design process is easy and enjoyable, I will make a first round layout for you to review. I will choose images that I feel best tell the story of your day and create a clean and classic album design for your review. Once the first draft is ready, you and your spouse can review and make comments on the design through the intuitive album review program I use. You can request image swaps, layout changes, and additional spreads to adjust the album to your liking.

With your comments, my professional designer will make the desired adjustments, and send a new draft once it’s ready. Once the album has your stamp of approval and you totally love it, we’ll decide on the linen cover color and any additional a la carte features! The cover options range from neutrals to textured colors, so you will be able to match the look and feel of your wedding day. The cover can also be debossed with text or left clean and simple.

When the album design is finalized, I’ll send it to print, and you’ll have your album in hand within the next few weeks!
