After many subway delays and Uber mishaps, Aly and I finally found each other on the outskirts of Central Park. Who knew traveling from where I live on the lower east side to Central Park would be such a pain?! Sometimes this city makes me crazy, but it’s always so amazing to see this little bit of nature among the insanity of Manhattan! We lost a little time trying to find each other, but the light was still stunning for more than enough time and Aly was all for my sitting on rocks or crouching down in the leaves ideas. Such a trooper! The fall leaves complimented Aly’s sweet smile and adorable sweater perfectly, I absolutely love these colors working together! We looked back on the day camp we used to go to together and where life has taken us now. It’s so amazing that this passion of mine connects me to so many awesome new people and reconnects me with old friends. I am so grateful every day to be able to spend time with such great people and create images we both love in the end. Aly, thank you for making the trip to NYC and bearing the cold with me, you were amazing!!
