It’s always so fun getting to go back to a location you haven’t been to in a while. Colonial Park has so much more variety than I even realized the first time I was there, so I’m glad Chelsea and Steve we up for adventuring around to check it all out! These two are so laid-back, relaxed, and sweet together, so this sash just felt like hanging with some old friends (while I casually third-wheeled with my camera, of course) haha! It’s always such a pleasure seeing the guys get a kick out of their session, because I know it’s not always their dream to be running through fields and photographed for a few hours. However, Steve was coming up with new ideas left and right, and it make them both laugh, feel connected, and have fun. I literally couldn’t ask for more!

Chelsea and Steve met one night at Applebee’s! She was enjoying some half off apps (mmm!), and Steve was her table’s waiter! She ended up writing him a note at the table, and then he asked her for her number! The sweetest part? When they go back to Applebee’s, they sit at the same number table where they met! I love that little tradition!

If you’re looking for a proposal straight out of a movie, here it is! Steve popped the big question while they were on a trip in Paris! They were enjoying a meal at a restaurant that overlooked the Eiffel Tower, and he had written, “Will you marry me?” on a lock for them to put on the lock bridge together! She said she totally did not expect it, so I can’t even imagine how surprised she must have been! Saying YES to her love in one of the most beautiful locations ever – how dreamy! To keep up with their adventurous spirits, Chelsea and Steve are officially tying the knot in Italy alongside their close family and friends!
