Oooh, this perfect holiday in-home session was such a fun day! You seriously never know where your referrals are going to be coming from, and this adorable couple popped into my inbox through my boyfriend’s mom! I’m so glad Trisha and Frank checked out my work after she referred me and chose to book their session! We did such a beautiful, laid-back, session at their house where they got to cuddle up on the couch, slow dance by their Christmas tree adorned in ‘out first home’ and Penn State ornaments, and run around their backyard at sunset! Originally, we were just going to take some headshots for Trisha and snap some couples photos, as well, but Frank proposed to Trisha in the meantime while we were planning their session, so it became an engagement session! How special is that?! They’re planning an incredible, intimate wedding in Philly and I can’t wait to see them tie the knot! <3
It was so fun getting to know them, see the thoughtful details of their home, and get to share in such a special milestone in their lives! I’m so thankful Shawn’s mom thought to give my name to Trisha!
These two cuties first met at Miller’s Ale House for their first date. They both were kind of skeptical about the first date since they met online, so we agreed to just have a drink together! However, once they, met it turned into a few drinks and dinner! Frank texted Trisha to make sure that she got home, and they ended up going on their second date the very next day. They’ve been together ever since! How amazing is that?!
When I asked these two what they loved most about each other, they gave the sweetest responses! Frank, who Trisha describes as ‘seriously hilarious,’ said that Trisha is very caring, and she’s his soulmate! Trisha, who Frank described as ‘passionate and unpredictable’ in the best way, said Frank is ‘my best friend, we spend everyday laughing together, he supports me professionally, but also is okay with babying me in my times of need.’ They are so supportive and caring toward one another and it’s such a special bond to witness! They love that they get to wake up everyday with their best friend by their side – Trisha said, ‘it’s like a sleepover that never ends!’
You two are such gems! It was truly such a pleasure getting to meet you two and be a part of this exciting new life journey! I’m so lucky we got connected and that I get to share in this special occasion with you! Congratulations, love bugs! Let’s get marrrrried! xoxo
