Their Session: Kennett Square Creamery, PA

Ahhh this Kennett Square Creamery engagement session combined all of the things I adore – a cute couple in love, good drinks, and nature! Megan and Justin are big beer lovers, and they had one of their first dates at this adorable beer garden, so it was the perfect place to kick off their engagement sesh! Thankfully, it was a pretty quiet evening, so we were able to bounce all around the property for different backdrops and even a game of cornhole! I LOVE what this space stands for – creating a genuine experience that engages visitors in arts, culture, history, and fun!

Megan and Justin are absolutely adorable and kept each other laughing the entire night! It’s so fun to see their connection from sweet moments to cracking up together.

From Kennett Square, we ventured over to Stroud Preserve for sunset, which was a gorgeous hilly area with fields for days! Justin knew the way to a peak overlook spot where we caught the sunset just in time! By this point in the session, these two were super comfortable and playful in front of the camera. We went for all the lifts, runs, spins, and twirls!! Seriously made me just that much more excited for their wedding day, it’s going to be such a blast!!

Their Love Story

Megan and Justin met through mutual friends at a trivia night, and now they’re planning their woodsy chic wedding day at Pomme Radnor!

When I asked about the proposal, Megan told me, “The proposal was perfect!!! I grew up going to the Outer Banks every summer with my family and two summers ago was the first time I brought Justin! We took a night to spend time with just the two of us and I showed him around one of my favorite spots- the Whalehead Club (it’s the sound with docks and a view of the lighthouse) and then we went out to dinner. So when he suggested doing the same thing this past summer, I thought nothing of it!! We went back to the Whalehead Club and he proposed on the dock. My mom was waiting close by to take pictures afterward. We then went to dinner with just the two of us to celebrate, but when we got back my family (and family friends who were staying at a house nearby) were all there to celebrate!!! It was so special!!” What a dream!!

Justin adores how incredibly selfless, thoughtful, and caring Megan is. He said, “Megan has a great sense of humor, although she thinks she is funnier than she actually is! Megan is also great with babies/children and I know she will make a wonderful mother someday.” And Megan loves “how kind and caring Justin is to the people he loves. I also love how outgoing he is and how he can have a conversation with anyone about anything. I am naturally an introvert so its something that I admire! He always knows how to make me laugh and he supports my addictions to Chick-fil-A and Starbucks.”
