Their Wedding Day: Wave Resort, Long Branch, NJ

What a way to welcome in the summer months!! Samantha and Mike’s spring Wave Resort wedding was all sorts of fun with their coastal chic vibe to their laidback energy, these two were ready to have an amazing night. They shared that their focus for the day was truly just being present and soaking it all in. They came off of a tough few months, so this celebration was not only beyond meaningful, but also much needed!

I love how much love and support surrounded Sam and Mike! The energy in the room (especially on the dance floor) truly felt electric. There was SO much laughter, which created the most joyful and uplifting environment as they became husband and wife!

Some of my favorite little details were the big heads and drink stirrers of their furbaby Kona, the heart-shaped glasses for the dance floor, and the lottery tickets for each of their guests! The perfect way to send some luck around the room and kick off the celebration!

Their Love Story

Their love story started by meeting on Bumble, which landed them on a coffee date that was quite a success! Grabbing coffee together has become a weekend tradition with Kona where they head to Starbucks on Fridays and Dunkin on Saturdays! Mike proposed in a private cabin in the Poconos 5 years after their very first date!

Their adorable pup, Kona, is the light of their lives! His cute face was a highlight at their wedding! He’s a Bernedoodle with two moods – crazy and playful or a big sleepy mush. They love playing tug-of-war with him when he’s not super focused on his puzzle toys and cheese!
