Their Session: Seaport and West Village, New York City

Oooh, I’m SO excited to share this chic summer Seaport engagement session in the Financial District with Anisa and Mark. The romantic New York City evening was full of iconic locations, adorable dogs, and so much laughter between these cuties! We were just a few minutes from where they live in the city, so it was special seeing the locations that hold so much meaning for their love story!

Mark showed up looking dapper in a clean-cut suit and loafers while Anisa, an absolute stunner, rocked a satin white dress that gave all the bridal vibes! Then, they changed into a more casual look for fun flash photos at night! The perfect outfits for exploring around FiDi and the West Village!

Right from the start, I could feel the incredible connection between Anisa and Mark (and their furbabies, of course)! Their laughter, sweet glances, and playfulness made for such a fun evening as we bounced around lower Manhattan.

I have so many highlights from Anisa and Mark’s Seaport engagement session – here are just a few!

1. Their furbabies: They brought along their pups dressed in suits for the first part of their session! Anisa’s sister joined us so we could grab plenty of photos with them and some without when they needed a little modeling break!
2. Subway: Instead of thinking of our subway ride as just transportation to the next spot, I figured we could use it to show off more of their real life in the city! Capturing their love as the subways flew by and as they were sitting on the train made for some great candid moments!
3. Pizza: If you’re from the city or have ever been to Manhattan, you know pizza is a BIG deal here! So, we had to stop for a slice to round out the night!

Anisa and Mark’s Seaport engagement session was nothing short of incredible, and I’m so excited for them to celebrate their upcoming marriage abroad this summer!
