Taylor and Erin came home from Virginia for the holidays to be with family, pop into their venue for a little visit, and capture their love at their engagement session! There was no better place than their gorgeous venue Farm Bakery & Events in Quakertown, PA for their winter Christmas session! The venue was decked out in the cutest Christmas decor because of a holiday market they were having later that day, so we lucked out with the cutest backdrops and holiday feels!
Taylor and Erin are the giggliest, sweetest couple who just loved keeping the other one smiling! You can truly tell instantly that they’re best friends and just get each other. They have such a fun connection, and their adorable furbabies just added that much more excitement to the sesh! I’ve truly never seen such well-behaved dogs who LOVE the camera so much! Not only are Sawyer and Oakley the cutest fluffballs ever, but they’re incredibly loving and great at modeling! You’ll LOVE their individual headshots in this blog post! 🙂
Taylor and Erin met while playing soccer together in high school! They became best friends instantly. They did their own thing for 8 years or so and then they just realized they’ve always loved each other! Since Christmas is a favorite holiday for these two (they didn’t take their decorations down from last year and kept the festive feeling up all year round!), it makes sense that Christmas was incorporated into their proposal! Taylor sayd, “Erin put together a huge scavenger hunt for me around the house with lights and candles and wine and chocolates. The last one was her holding a Christmas ornament and the dogs wearing bandanas that said will you marry mom? I asked Erin one morning in bed. Rolled over and asked if she would marry me. Very descriptive of our personalities!”
Their typical date night always includes cooking dinner, blasting music, dancing with the dogs, and snuggling on the couch! They broke out some dance moves during their session and said it’s exactly what they do in the kitchen with the pups! They call it their kitchen dance parties! It was so special seeing how playful they are no matter what they’re doing together!
As you know now, they are both obsessed with Christmas so their wedding is going to be Christmas greenery-themed next November! They are hoping for Christmas trees in the beautiful barn, a BBQ buffet with smores, and lots of yard games! It’ll be so perfect at Farm Bakery & Events in 2021!
When I asked them what they love most about one another, Taylor said, “my favorite about Erin is how supportive and motivating she is. I could say one day maybe I should do something else career-wise or hobby-wise and she would be like yes, let’s do that, what can I do to help? She will do anything to make me happy!” Erin said she loves “how Taylor can make any situation a fun situation and goofy. You know what, I love it all.” 🥺 They’re SO adorable!!
You two make my heart melt! It was so fun finally getting to meet in person and see your connection for your winter engagement session! It was so special seeing your love for one another and the pups, of course! Thank you so much for being so true to yourselves and showing that off for me. I adore you two and can’t wait to celebrate back at the Farm next fall! It’s going to be such a dream!! Love ya, snuggle the pups for me! xo
