Their Session: Coastal Beauty House by Home Studio List – Brielle, NJ

There’s no greater honor than having a couple come back time and time again for their exciting milestones! Tori and Koby’s Coastal Beauty Home Studio List maternity session was exactly that – these two have been in front of my camera four times now from engagement to wedding to these maternity photos! It’s always so special getting to document the milestones and hear what’s been going on since the last shoot!

Tori and Koby are also undergoing home renovations, so they’ve been quite busy as they near their due date! This Coastal Beauty Home Studio List house we were taking pictures in was giving them all the home decorating ideas and inspiration!!

Although the unexpected downpour made us change our original plans of heading to the beach, we rerouted to the Asbury Park Convention Center for a unique covered space for their dogs to join us for! Thankfully, we had the covered porch at the house and the Convention Center for plenty of furbaby pictures! Since the beach was Tori’s dream for this shoot, they braved the cold, windy evening and finished the shoot in the sand! Such troopers! 🙂

Their Love Story

Although they’ve been together for many years, I always like to take it back to how they met! Tori and Koby’s childhood friends set them up on a blind date! Tori was running a bit late to the date after her college art class and figured she’d try to reschedule since she was messy from ceramics and paint. Thankfully, he didn’t mind one bit and they still went on the date. Although she was nervous at first, all the jitters went away once they sat down at the restaurant and started talking. Koby gave her an easy out in case she needed it – they would order just an appetizer to start. If things were going well, they could order dinner, if not, they could go their separate ways!

Needless to say, they enjoyed their night together and were ordering dinner quickly after their date began. She called her mom after the date and told her that she knew she was going to marry him! How sweet is that?!

I’ve loved capturing your love over the years!! <3 Wishing you two all the best with your little one on the way, you’re going to be the best parents! Congratulations!
