Their Wedding: Bishop Farmstead, NJ

Ahh, if you want to see two of the happiest humans, keep scrolling!! Tori and Koby could not stop smiling from minute one! Their fall Bishop Farmstead wedding was full of laughter, beautiful moments, and a gorgeous sunshiney day! First off, the property is stunning and you could spend hours just finding new spots for photos! I loved that their friends and family were so up for exploring the grounds to find the perfect backdrops – grassy fields, the red barn, the trolley, and more!

Tori and Koby found such special ways to incorporate what mattered most to them – their loved ones, human and doggy! They planned private vows that had us all in tears as they honored and commemorated their furbaby, Lola, who recently passed. Seeing how much love these two have for one another, during the best and the hardest moments in life, was so emotional.

Their friends and family brought SUCH amazing energy from getting ready to the dance floor! The party literally did not stop for a second and just kept getting more wild as the night went on!

Their Love Story

Tori and Koby went on a semi-blind date coordinated by their childhood friends. They had a time and location planned for them to meet – it was all set! The evening of their date, Tori was coming home late from a college art class. She called him and asked if it would be okay to push the date to another time or day because she was a mess covered in ceramics and paint! Thankfully, he said he didn’t care. 🙂 Tori said, “We got to the restaurant and sat down. I’m sooo nervous but the minute we started talking in person, I was at ease (wearing green yoga pants and COVERED in paint).

We started talking and Koby said let’s just order an appetizer. If this is going well, we can order dinner. If not, we can go our separate ways. We got to enjoy some good starters. About 20 minutes into the conversation, our waitress came by and asked if wanted anything else. Koby responded ‘Penne Vodka with chicken.’ I looked at him and said ‘Well, I guess this is going well?’ I don’t remember what I ordered, but we ate, laughed, and truly enjoyed our night. On my way home, I called my mom and said ‘WOW, I think I am going to marry this man.’ He still tells me how much he loved those green yoga pants.” She loved how easy Koby was to talk to and couldn’t wait to learn more about each other!

Koby proposed in such a beautiful way in Ithacam NY during a relaxing COVID getaway! Tori said, “We planned on going hiking and to breweries (we love craft brews). We got breakfast and went hiking at Buttermilk Falls, hiked the trails for about 3 hours and took tons of pictures by all the waterfalls, but he kept complaining that there were all these people around. I was confused but understood that a lot of people around kind of ruined the photos. While we were hiking, he kept walking on his tippy toes, I thought it was weird but he said it gave him better traction on the trails.

We were on our way down from the hike and started leaving the park where we saw the most intimate little waterfall. I wanted to get some photos in front of it, so he took pictures of me, set the phone up on his tripod, and recorded. He walked over to me and took his shoe off, told me to stand up, and proposed. I almost fell in the waterfall, hugged him, and cried like a baby. I couldn’t believe this poor guy had the ring in his shoe for over 4 hours! He was so nervous! He had a small insert in his sole that was able to fit the ring. After we got engaged a bunch of random people nearby on a trail started cheering for us, it was the most perfect day.” How adorable are they?!
